3. Payment Terms

• Deposit: Renter shall pay a refundable security deposit prior to collection.
• Rental Fees: Payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection, subject to deductions.

4. Driver Eligibility

• All drivers must be Singapore Citizens or PRs, above 25 years old, holding a valid license with no P-plate.
• All drivers must be listed in this Agreement. No unauthorized drivers allowed.

5. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

• Permitted: Personal transportation, including chauffeuring family, friends, or colleagues.
• Prohibited: Private hire, ride-hailing, limousine-for-hire, racing, rallying, training, towing, illegal use, or driving outside Singapore.

6. Insurance & Liability

• Vehicle is covered by comprehensive insurance.
• Insurance excess: Section 1 Own Damage: S$2,000; Section 2 Third Party: S$1,500; Windscreen: S$100.
• Renter liable for damages not covered by insurance (tyres, rims, interior, accessories).

7. Renter’s Responsibilities

• Return with at least 80% battery charge (Penalty: S$2 per % below 80%).
• No smoking, vaping, or pets.
• No modifications.
• Renter liable for all fines, ERP, and penalties.

8. Return of Vehicle & Penalties

• Late Return: >6 hours = 1 full day. Up to 6 hours = S$20/hour.
• Early Termination: Fully borne by Renter, no refunds.
• Vehicle must be returned in good condition.

9. Governing Law

• This Agreement shall be governed by Singapore law. Disputes submitted to Singapore courts.

10. Entire Agreement

• This Agreement constitutes the full understanding. Amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties.
